摘要:探讨了几种含间氟基团苯甲醚采用不同试剂的脱甲基方法,并用硬软酸碱理论对结果作了定性解释。结果表明,氢溴酸去甲基化能力最弱,只能脱去3-氟-6-溴苯甲醚的甲基;脱甲基化能力较强的2种试剂是三甲基氯硅烷和吡啶盐酸盐;吡啶盐酸盐能脱去所有供试的甲基醚的甲基。
Several demethylation methods of anisole containing fluorinated groups using different agents were discussed, and the results was qualitatively interpreted with theory of hard and soft acids and bases. Results shown, the demethylation ability of hydrobromic acid was the weakest which could only remove the methyl of 3-fluoro-6-bromoanisole; and the demethylation ability of trimethyl chloro silicane and pyridine hydrochloride which could remove all the methyl of methyl ether was the strongest.
