摘要：NOVELTY - Preparing steroid drug intermediates, comprises (i) taking suspension of phytosterols; (ii) transforming phytosterols to steroid drug intermediates using resting cells of microbial strains; (iii) mixing suspension of phytosterols with resting cells, and completely and uniformly mixing beta -cyclodextrin or chemically modified beta -cyclodextrin, and culturing to complete the transformation process; and (iv) centrifuging the transformed resulting liquid, separating the supernatant and bacteria cell, and separating the steroid drug intermediates from the supernatant by solvent extraction process. USE - The method is useful for preparing steroid drug intermediates (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the sterol feeding concentration, increases the product quantity, shortens the duration of conversion, and simultaneously achieves the simple separation of bacterial cells, latent solvent and product, and multi-time utilization of bacterial cells and the solvent; greatly saves the production cost; and is suitable for industrial production.
