摘要：以在职人员培训为目的的非学历远程教育具有广阔的发展前景,而目前发展远程非学历教育的时机也逐渐成熟。本文介绍了欧美发达国家终身教育体系中远程教育发展的情况,并对我国非学历教育的特点、社会需求等方面的现状与存在的问题进行了分析,从国家宏观层面和试点高校层面讨论发展远程非学历教育需要解决的主要问题。
The non-diploma distance education for the on-the-job people is promising,and now it s time for the development.This paper introduces the development of distance education in the lifelong education system of developed countries,and analyzes of the characteristics,social demand and difficulties of non-diploma education in China.Finally,the main problem in the development of non-diploma distance education in China is discussed from the point of view of government and trial universities.
