摘要：对近年来文献报道的高效液相色谱聚合物手性固定相及其在手性拆分中的应用予以综述 ,并阐述了聚合物手性固定相拆分机理的研究进展。
A review is presented on polymer _ based chiral stationary phase (CSP) for chiral resolution in HPLC. The property and application of different polymer _ based CSP and their chiral resolution mechanism are introduced.16 references are cited.
