摘要:开发了用于生产2-酮基-L-古龙酸(2KGA)流加发酵过程的在线控制系统。该系统可在线检测和控制发酵温度、pH、DO、罐压等环境参数,并可控制糖液、碱液等补料的流加。经70m3环隙气升式发酵罐内的试验表明,该控制系统工作可靠,抗干扰能力强,控制品质好,便于操作,能满足生产工艺要求。
An on-line process control system was developed for a fed- batch fermentation process of producing 2-keto-gulonic acid(2K GA)in an annulus-airlift fermentor of 70m~3. The process variables,such as temperature,pH,DO,vessel pressure,air flow rate,feed rate of substrate,etc.were on-line measured and controlled, Testing results showed that the performance of control system was good,and suitable for the industrial production of 2KGA.
