摘要:以负载型0.5%Pd/Al2O3为催化剂,进行3-甲基-3-丁烯醇双键临氢异构化制备异戊烯醇的反应。考察了催化剂制备条件对反应结果的影响,由BET分析对其进行表征,发现提高焙烧温度对催化剂表面结构影响不大,但是可以提高催化剂的活性和选择性。实验结果表明,适当降低反应温度和氢气浓度,有利于提高反应的选择性。采用600℃焙烧和200℃氢气还原的催化剂,在反应温度70℃,氢浓度为10%的H2-N2混合气氛下反应140 min,反应收率达到66%,生成异戊烯醇的选择性为94%。在重复使用7次后催化所得收率和选择性分别为60.8%和91.5%。
The hydroisomerization of double bond in 3-methyl-3-butenol to form prenyl alcohol was carried out with supported 0.5%Pd/Al2O3 as catalyst.The effects of catalyst preparation conditions on the hydroisomerization were studied and then the catalyst was characterized by BET analysis.It was found that,when the calcination temperature of the catalyst was enhanced,the catalyst activity and selectivity increase but has no obvious influence on the catalyst superficial structure.Experimental results show that the decrease of reaction temperature and hydrogen concentration is favorable for the increase of the selectivity for prenyl alcohol formation.Using the 0.5%Pd/Al2O3 catalyst calcinated at 600℃ and reduced in hydrogen atmosphere at 200℃,when the hydroisomerization was carried out at 70℃ in H2-N2 gas mixture with 10% hydrogen concentration for 140 minutes,the prenyl alcohol yield is 66% with 94% selectivity.The catalyst recycling tests indicate that the yield of 60.8% and the selectivity of 91.5% can be obtained after recycle use for seven times.
