摘要:研究使用粉末冶金法制备铝铜烧结含油轴承,以铜含量为7.5%的铝铜混合粉末为基,首先添加硅元素,研究了硅含量对烧结体性能的影响,然后在Al-Cu-Si成分的基础上添加镁元素,得到Al-Cu-Si-Mg合金烧结体,研究了镁元素对该烧结体性能的影响。结果表明,当基体中的硅含量为1.0%,镁含量为2.0%时,可制备出良好综合性能的铝铜含油轴承。
Powder metallurgy method was used to manufacture Al-Cu oiled bearing, taking Al-Cu mixed powder with copper content of 7.5% as matrix, adding silicon firstly, then, the effects of silicon content on the sintering properties of sintering body were studied. Then, adding magnesium in Al-Cu-Si substrate, Al-Cu-Si-Mg alloy sintering body was obtained,and the effects of magnesium content on the properties of the sintering body were discussed. The results show that when the silicon content in matrix is 1.0%, and magnesium content is 2.0%, the manufactured aluminum-copper oiled bearing has good comprehensive properties.
