摘要:根据硼酸与糖等多羟基化合物能形成络合物的特性 ,本文研究红霉素和卡那霉素与硼酸络合的可能性 ,采用电导率法、1 1 B核磁共振波谱法、制备硼酸基亲和吸附剂进行实际吸附等方法。实验结果表明 ,红霉素不含顺式 1,2 -二羟基 ,虽能吸附 ,但吸附量较少 ,无实用价值 ;卡那霉素含顺式 1,2 -二羟基 ,络合的可能性大 ,有可能应用硼酸基亲和层析纯化。
The possibilities of boric acid with kanamycin or erythromycin to form specific complex was studied. The degree of the complexation was determined by the conductivity method, 11 B NMR and the adsorption onto the prepared boronate affinity gel. Results showed that in the case of compound bearing a cis 1,2 diol group like kanamycin. It could be efficiently complexed with boron and could be purified by bornate affinity chromatography; while not in the case of erythromyeim,due to lack of the necessary reactive complexation group.
