摘要：自行设计分壁式精馏塔用于分离乙醇-正丙醇-正丁醇三元物系,并获取最优的操作条件。当进料中乙醇-正丙醇-正丁醇的质量比为1∶3∶1,回流比为7,液体分配比为1∶3,气体分配比为1∶1时,实验的分离效果最佳,塔顶产品中乙醇的质量分数为98.15%、侧线产品中正丙醇的质量分数为95.67%、塔釜产品中正丁醇的质量分数为94.77%。
The separation of alcohol ternary mixture of ethanol,1-propanol and n-butanol was researched by the self-designed lab experiment equipment on Dividing Wall Column.The optimal operation conditions were ascertained.When the mass ratio of ethanol,1-propanol and n-butanol in feed was 1：3：1,reflux ratio was 7,liquid distribution ratio was 1：3 and gas distribution ratio was 1：1,the separation performance of the experiment were the best.The mass fraction of ethanol in the top product was 98.15%,the mass fraction of 1-propanol in the side product was 95.67%,and the mass fraction of n-butanol in the bottom product was 94.77%.
