摘要：NOVELTY - A water circulating extraction-ultrafiltration-integrated nanofiltration device, comprises integrated device including a metal line sequentially connected to a centrifugal circulation pump, an extraction tank arranged in an ultra-filtration through a chamber of an ultra-filtration tube-type membrane component, and a nano-filtration plate membrane assembly. USE - For extracting active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicines (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method saves the use and safety of environment-friendly organic solvent; provides continuous operation; saves solvent dosage; reduces the energy consumption; has high separation efficiency; provides good product quality; and has good industrial feasibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A water circulating extraction-ultrafiltration-integrated nanofiltration device, comprises integrated device including a metal line sequentially connected to a centrifugal circulation pump, an extraction tank arranged in an ultra-filtration through a chamber of an ultra-filtration tube-type membrane component, and a nano-filtration plate membrane assembly. The ultra-filtration tube-type membrane component of the ultra-filtration membrane is a hollow fiber structure. The two ends of the ultra-filtration passes through the chamber has an openable/closable valve. The nanofiltration plate membrane assembly is a flat clamp structure. The nano-filtration plate membrane assembly is fixed on ultra-filtration tube-type membrane component. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for extracting active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicines, involving (i) adding herbal medicine into the extraction solution, and impregnating for 1-2 hours to give impregnating solution, and then adding into the integrated device containing extracting tank, impregnating liquid in pipeline, performing circulating extraction for 3-5 hours, where the circulation flow rate is 10-30 liter/hour, and the extraction temperature is 60-80 degrees C, where the extraction liquid contains a surface active agent and deionized water, and the concentration of the surfactant is 1-4 g/liter; (ii) opening the integrated device, after ultrafiltration, through the chamber valve made of an ultra-filtration tube film, removing impurities from product of step (i), while at the same time, keeping the retentate liquid in the circulation ultrafiltration; and (iii) collecting the ultrafiltration permeate of step (ii) and used as the liquid nano-filtration material, trapping nano-filtration plate membrane assembly by the integrated device, collecting the retentate, i.e. to obtain effective component of the Chinese herbal medicine.
