摘要:含Cr(Ⅵ)工业废水对环境造成严重污染。一些微生物能够将Cr(Ⅵ)还原为低毒性的Cr(Ⅲ)。从河道污泥中筛选到一株Cr(Ⅵ)还原菌并鉴定为Lysinibacillus sp. ReCr-13。实验探究了该菌还原Cr(Ⅵ)的特性及其对Cr(Ⅵ)诱导的氧化胁迫响应。在pH值为8.0、NaCl为5 g×L^-1、Cr(Ⅵ)为200 mg×L^-1条件下,Lysinibacillus sp. ReCr-13具有最佳的铬还原效率。Cr(Ⅵ)浓度在200~400 mg×L^-1,随初始Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的增加,胞内O2^·-、H2O2及MDA的含量增加,然而Cr(Ⅵ)还原效率下降。外加Mn2+能够有效促进胞内抗氧化酶SOD和CAT的活性,能降低O2^·-、H2O2及MDA的含量,并最终提高了Cr(Ⅵ)还原效率。研究结果将为生物还原含Cr(Ⅵ)工业废水提供一定的理论基础。
Chromium-containing industrial wastewater causes serious pollution problems, while certain microorganism can reduce Cr(Ⅵ) to less toxic Cr(Ⅲ). A Cr(Ⅵ) reducing strain was isolated from river sludge and identified as Lysinibacillus sp. ReCr-13. Cr(Ⅵ) bio-reduction of the strain and oxidative stress response induced by Cr(Ⅵ) were investigated. The optimum Cr(Ⅵ) reduction efficiency was achieved by Lysinibacillus sp. ReCr-13 at pH 8.0, NaCl 5 g×L^-1 and 200 mg×L^-1 Cr(Ⅵ). The contents of intracellular O2^·-, H2O2 and MDA increase with the increase of initial Cr(Ⅵ) concentration in the range of 200~400 mg×L^-1,while the reduction efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ) decreases. The exogenous addition of Mn^2+ can effectively promote the activity of intracellular antioxidant enzymes SOD and CAT, reduce the contents of intracellular O2^·-, H2O2 and MDA, and ultimately improve the reduction efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ). The results provide fundamental information for Cr(Ⅵ)bio-reduction in chromium-containing industrial wastewater.
