摘要:根据化工过程的复杂故障现象,将本体论引入到化工过程故障诊断中,建立了化工过程故障诊断本体论。该本体论包括两个本体:过程本体是对化工生产工艺过程的概念化说明,诊断本体是对故障、故障之间的内在关系以及故障与单元操作之间关系的概念化说明。一方面,化工过程故障诊断本体论可以直接用于建立诊断知识库;另一方面,其作为“中间语言”,还可以实现异构系统之间的诊断知识共享。连续搅拌釜反应器仿真研究表明,利用化工过程故障诊断本体论表示化工过程的诊断知识可以获得良好的诊断效果。
Aiming at complicated faults of chemical process, the ontology was introduced into the field of fault diagnosis for chemical process so as to create Chemical Process Fault Diagnosis Ontology (CPFDON). CPFDON consisted of two ontologies: process ontology was the conceptualized specification of chemical process; diagnosis ontology was the conceptualization of faults, interrelationships among faults, relationship between faults and unit operations. CPFDON could directly be used to create Diagnosis Knowledge Base, besides it could also be used as Medium Language to achieve diagnosis knowledge sharing among heterogeneous systems. Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) simulation study has proved that an effective diagnosis could be achieved by using CPFDON to represent the fault diagnosis knowledge of chemical process.
