摘要:NOVELTY - A micro-cyclone liquid collection comprises processing air cooling and water cooling for resurgent gases of regenerating tower, and converting saturated steam of resurgent gases comprising composite amine solution into fog-drip; processing gas-liquid micro-cyclone transition separation for resurgent gases of entrainment aerosol microparticle, capturing aerosol microparticle of resurgent gases to obtain resurgent gases, and removing aerosol microparticle; and converging to form liquid, and converging composite amine solution output. USE - Micro-cyclone liquid collection used for resurgent gases of gas flue carbon dioxide capturing system (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A micro-cyclone liquid collection comprises processing air cooling and water cooling for resurgent gases of regenerating tower, and converting saturated steam of resurgent gases comprising composite amine solution into fog-drip to obtain resurgent gases of entrainment aerosol microparticle; processing gas-liquid micro-cyclone transition separation for resurgent gases of entrainment aerosol microparticle, capturing aerosol microparticle of resurgent gases to obtain resurgent gases, and removing aerosol microparticle; and converging captured aerosol microparticle to form liquid, and converging composite amine solution output by regenerating tower bottom to return composite amine solution system directly. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a micro-cyclone liquid collecting device comprising an air cooler (2) connected to resurgent gases outlet of regenerating tower (1) and water cooler (3) connected to outlet of air cooler for processing air cooling and water cooling for resurgent gases of regenerating tower; and gas-liquid micro-cyclone flow transition separator (4) connected to outlet of the water cooler for processing gas-liquid micro-cyclone transition separation for the resurgent gases of the entrainment aerosol microparticle.
