摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves compressing and transforming current values of 22 auxiliary variables into 8 pivot element variables. The 8 pivot element variables are respectively taken into 3 back propagation (BP) neural network models for measuring contents of carbon monoxide, hydrogen and carbon dioxide in Texaco synthesis gas. Inverse-normalization is performed on an output value of each network model. Soft-measuring values of contents of the carbon monoxide, hydrogen and carbon dioxide in the Texaco synthesis gas are obtained. USE - Online carbon monoxide gas content soft-measuring method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving pre-measuring accuracy and fault tolerance of the contents of the carbon monoxide, the hydrogen and the carbon dioxide in the Texaco synthesis gas at a top outlet of a carbon washing tower so as to avoid defects that production process and product quality are influenced by delayed measurements of the contents of the carbon monoxide, the hydrogen and the carbon dioxide in the Texaco synthesis gas.
