摘要:NOVELTY - An urea resin microcapsule wall material contains urea resin of montmorillonite (1-6 weight%) whose lamella structure is uniformly distributed in the urea resin in nanometer size. USE - Urea resin microcapsule wall material. ADVANTAGE - The urea resin microcapsule wall material has excellent barrier property and improved stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of urea resin microcapsule wall mixture, which involves acidifying the montmorillonite, adding urea, curing agent and formaldehyde followed by adding acidified montmorillonite which is 2-4 %mass of urea, curing agent and formaldehyde, emulsifying, heating slowly, cooling, filtering and drying. The mass ratio of urea, curing agent and formaldehyde is 10:1:9.5.
