摘要:NOVELTY - A composite organic nitrogen source for high-intensity culture of Escherichia coli, where the composite organic nitrogen source is compounded by multiple natural nitrogen sources; and the contents of purine, pyrimidine and/or amino acid taking key action to the high-intensity culture of cultured E. coli in the composite organic nitrogen source is controlled. USE - The composite organic nitrogen source is useful for high-intensity culture of E. coli (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The compound fermenting culture medium prepared by the composite organic nitrogen source effectively guarantees fermenting level and can obviously reduce cost due to control of the purine, pyrimidine and/or amino acid content in the culture medium, and it is very helpful for industrial production in large scale.
