摘要:The free Sn4+ ions are released from the stable Sn-CA complexes and migrate to the surface of the carbon nanotubes to form SnO2 nanocrystals by heterogeneous nucleation in a well controllable manner. No SnO2 nanocrystals are observed away from the carbon nanotubes. The sol-gel method in this work can also be utilized to synthesize pure SnO2 nanocrystals with low degree of agglomeration.
