摘要:根据重整抽余油的组成特点,依据5A分子筛择形吸附特性将重整抽余油中的正构烷烃进行吸附分离。对固定床吸附分离工艺过程进行了研究,考察了操作温度和中间馏分切割比例对正己烷纯度的影响。在吸/脱附温度280℃、油进料空速94h^(-1)、脱附剂空速81h^(-1)和中间馏分切割比例13%的条件下,得到正己烷质量分数为96.04%的脱附油和异构烃质量分数为89.21%的吸余油。脱附油经分批精馏可得到纯度为99.1%的正己烷,吸余油符合6~#溶剂油质量要求。对重整抽余油不同利用方案的经济效益进行了对比分析。
Based on molecular management and composition of reformate raffinate, separation of normal paraffins from reformate raffinate through adsorption process was studied in the 5A molecular sieve fixed bed. Effects of operation temperature and intermediate oil proportion on the content of nhexane was studied. Under the optimized conditions of 280 ℃, oil space velocity 94 h^-1 , N2 space velocity 81 h^-1, intermediate oil proportion 13%, the process produced desorption oil with n-hexane content above 96.04% and raffinate oil with iso-paraffins content of 89.21%. Above 99.1% n-hexane content was obtained via distillating desorption of the oil. The raffinate oil reaches the specification of 6 ^-# solvent naphtha. The profit of different projects for reformate raffinate utilization was also discussed.
