摘要:研究了4种树脂对青稞β-葡聚糖粗品溶液脱色效果的影响,在静态吸附试验的基础上,筛选出D201和XAD-7两种树脂进行动态试验研究。研究发现,D201树脂的最佳脱色工艺为:样品溶液温度40℃,pH 5,流速0.5mL/min,该条件下青稞麸皮β-葡聚糖的脱色率为67.8%,β-葡聚糖损失率约25%;XAD-7树脂的最佳脱色工艺为:样品溶液温度40℃,pH 6,流速0.5 mL/min,该条件下青稞麸皮β-葡聚糖的脱色率可达72.9%,β-葡聚糖损失率为4.3%。XAD-7脱色性能较好,但成本高;D201树脂脱色性能略差,但成本低。两种树脂吸附后都可再生,且再生性能良好。
The effects of decolorization of β-glucan by 4 kinds of resins were investigated. On the base of static adsorption, the best resin was chosen to do the dynamic adsorption experiments. The results showed that the D201 resin and the XAD-7 resin were the best two resins to the decolorization process of highland barley bran fl-glucan. The best technology conditions of D201 resin: pH 5, T 40 ℃, flow rate 0.5 mL/min. Under this technique, the decolorizing rate was 67.8% and the β-glucan loss rate was 25%. The optimal technology conditions of XAD-7 resin: pH 6, T 40 ℃, flow rate 0.5mL/min. Under the conditions, the decolorization rate was 72.9%, β-glucan loss rate was 4.3%. Decolorization performance of XAD-7 was better, but the cost was much higher than D201 resin. Used resins can be regenerated, and maintain good adsorption properties.
