摘要：The United States is the county that the venture capital industry develops earliest and most maturely. The continuous and steady increase of United States economy depends on the development of the venture capital in 1990's. Taking United States as an example, the paper analyses the effects of the venture capital on the development of small enterprises and high technology industry, job growth, revenue growth and technology innovation.
