摘要:针对该专业煤化学知识缺乏的现状,在煤气化及能源化工教育部重点实验室发展的基础上,建立了基于气流床气化的煤质评价实验平台。该实验平台主要由样品制备系统、煤质基本分析系统、煤的反应性评价系统、煤粉流动性评价系统、煤的成浆性能评价系统、煤灰性质分析系统6部分组成。实验平台可以为本科生创新实验、毕业课题提供实验条件,并使研究生直接参与到煤质分析实验中,通过实践学习,进一步理解并掌握相关的煤化学知识。此外,本实验平台还为工业煤化工项目的选煤及后期运行提供数据支撑。实践表明,该实验平台的建设与运行对学科发展及科研成果的工业化均起到了重要推动作用。
Aiming at the lack of knowledge of coal chemistry in this discipline and based on the development of Key Laboratory of Coal Gasification and Energy Chemical Engineering of Ministry of Education, an experimental platform for coal quality evaluation based on entrained-flow bed gasification is established. The platform is composed of the following six parts: a sample preparation system, a coal basic analysis system, a coal reactivity analysis system, a pulverized coal's flow characteristic analysis system, a coal water slurry performance evaluation and coal ash characteristic analysis system. The platform can provide the experimental conditions for undergraduate' s innovation experiments and graduation projects, and enable the graduate students to participate directly in the experiment for coal quality analysis. Through the practical learning, the students can further understand and master the knowledge about coal chemistry. In addition, this experimental platform provides the data support for the coal selection and the later operation of the coal chemical industry project. The practice shows that the construction and operation of this platform play an important promotional role in the development of this discipline and the industrialization of research achievements.
