摘要:合成了五种增稠剂,通过浊点压力测试和相对黏度测试评估了增稠剂在高压CO2中的溶解性能和增稠性能,筛选出性能最佳的增稠剂-CO2溶液作为驱替相在微通道内驱替模拟油,并通过调控增稠剂-CO2溶液的黏度研究了CO2黏度对驱替效果的影响。实验结果表明,当苯乙烯含量为28.5%(x)时,增稠剂的增稠性能最佳,增稠剂-CO2溶液黏度相对纯CO2黏度提高了233倍;使用增稠剂后CO2驱替模拟油的采收率显著高于纯CO2驱替;且随着增稠剂浓度的增加,增稠剂-CO2溶液的表观黏度增大,模拟油的采收率增大,使用5%(w)增稠剂增稠后的CO2驱替采收率可达80%左右。
Styrene/nonafluorohexyl acrylate(St/NNFA)co-polymers were synthesized and characterized as thickening agents for carbon dioxide.Their solubility and thickening performance in high-pressure CO2 were evaluated by the cloud point pressure test and apparent viscosity test,and we selected one thickener-CO2 solution with the best performance as the displacement phase to displace the simulated oil in micro-channels.The effect of CO2 viscosity on the displacement effect was studied by adjusting the viscosity of the thickener-CO2 solution.The result shows that the optimum molar ratio value for St in co-polymer for the viscosity enhancement of CO2 is 28.5%(x),and the CO2 thickener can able to enhance the viscosity of CO2 by 233 times.The recovery of the thickener-CO2 solution displacement is significantly higher than the CO2 displacement.With the mass concentration of the thickener increasing,which means the apparent viscosity of the thickener-CO2 solution increased,the recovery of the simulated oil increases.And the recovery of the simulated oil can reach about 80%at the thickener concentration is 5%(w).
