摘要：随着知识经济的到来,知识成为促进社会进步和发展的决定性因素。本文从技术、人文、社会等几个层面分析了电子政务对政府实施知识管理的影响。通过分析认为,电子政务的发展将大力推动政府中知识管理的实现,并对如何实现电子政务与政府知识管理的有效结合进行了阐述。
With the coming of knowledge economy,knowledge becomes one of the decisive factors to promote the progress of society. In this paper,the effect of the E-Government on the knowledge management in the government is analyzed from the aspects of technology,humanity, society. The result indicates that the implementation of E-Gov can considerably push the realization of the knowledge management in the government. Also, how to combine the E-Government with the knowledge management in the government is discussed.
