摘要:采用聚乳酸(PLA)、聚氧化乙烯(PEO)、碳酸钙(CaCO_3)熔融共混制备具有开孔结构的PLA多孔材料,借助于扫描电镜、孔隙率、热分析和压缩性能的测试方法,研究了连续混炼工艺对多孔材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,过高或过低的转子转速和加料量都会导致多孔材料孔隙率的下降。当转子转速为600 r/min,加料量为2.61 kg/h时,孔隙率达到最大值76.8%,压缩模量和压缩强度分别为4.3 MPa和2.9 MPa。提高转子转速有利于多孔材料结晶性能的提高。
Using polylactic acid (PLA)/polyethylene oxide (PEO)/CaCO3, PLA porous materials with open cell were prepared by blending method. Series characterizations such as SEM, DSC, porosity and compressive property were conducted to study the effect of continuous mixing process on morphologies and properties of the porous material. The results indicate that too high or too low rotor speed and feed speed will result in decrease of the porosity. The porosity of the porous material reaches to the maximum of 76.8% when the rotor speed is 600 r/min and the feed speed is 2.61 kg/h, and the compressive modulus and compressive strength is 4.3 MPa and 2.9 MPa respectively. The improvement of rotor speed will be beneficial to improvement of the crystallization property of porous materials.
