摘要:针对现有云石机设计不能满足用户审美需求的现状,构建了基于感性工学的云石机意象造型与人的感性认知对应关系模型。搜集并筛选出云石机代表性样本与感性词汇,运用意象尺度法和李克特量表法得到云石机的感性意象评价得分;采用主成分分析、聚类分析和多元线性回归等统计学分析方法进行数据处理,得到线型设计要素和意象空间的分段概念模型,从而得出了把手轮廓特征线与云石机感性意象之间的对应关系。最后根据符合用户审美需求的设计建议,设计了一款云石机方案,为该类产品的造型创新设计提供参考。
Aiming at the current situation that the existed marble machine design couldn′t effectively meet the user′s requirement for molding beauty,the corresponding relationship model between the marble machine modeling and the perceptual cognition was constructed based on perceptual engineering.The representative samples and sensual vocabularies of the marble machine were collected and filtered using the image scale method and the Likert scale method to obtain the perceptual image evaluation score of the marble machine.The data process were performed using the statistic analysis method,such as principal component analysis,cluster analysis and multiple linear regression to obtain the segmentation conceptual model of linear design element and semantic space.Therefore,the corresponding relationships between the facade contours of the marble handle and the perceptual image was inferred.Finally,a marble machine was designed according to the design proposal that met the user aesthetic requirements.This could provide references for this kind of innovation design.
