摘要:以已有试验研究和细观本构框架为基础,在新发展的非线性随动硬化律中引入反映热恢复效应的修正项,得到了一个新的细观粘塑性循环本构模型;采用该模型对SiCP/6061Al复合材料在高温(300℃)下的时相关单轴拉伸和棘轮行为进行了模拟。结果表明:修正项的引入有效提高了模型对SiCP/6061Al复合材料高温单轴棘轮行为及其时间相关特性的预测能力。
Based on the previous experimental research and meso-mechanical constitutive framework,a new meso-mechanical cyclic visco-plastic constitutive model was obtained by introducing a thermal recovery term into the newly developed non-linear kinematic hardening rule.With the proposed model,the time-dependent monotonic tension and uniaxial ratcheting behaviors of SiCP/6061Al composites at high temperature(300℃)were simulated. The results show that the capability of the proposed model to predict the uniaxial ratcheting of SiCP/6061Al composites and its time-dependent features at high temperature was improved effectively by introducing the thermal recovery term.
