摘要：通过对转制科研院所不同转制路径进行分析,剖析转制科研院所发展状况及存在的问题,结合目前的经济形势,探讨了新时期转制科研院所的技术发展功能定位,并根据该定位提出了转制科研院所技术发展策略,从而借助转制科研院所技术创新模式的转变,引领我国产品出口模式的转型与产业结构调整,最终推动转制科研院所自身的持续发展。
Decomposition through system-transformed scientific research institutes, analyzes the development and problems of scientific research institutes. Collection of the current economic situation, proposed a new era of scientific research insti- tutes under technical development function, according to this location clearly transformed scientific research institutions technology development and strategy, through changes in the pattern of technological innovation, leading the transforma- tion of the mode of China＇s export and industrial structure adjustment, is also conducive to guiding scientific research of the Institute itself sustainable and healthy development.
