摘要：在当前急剧变迁的社会环境下,随着高等教育从"精英教育"向"大众教育"转变的不断深化,传统教育模式"重管理轻服务"、"重政治灌输轻思想疏导"的特征与当下大学生客观需求之间的矛盾日益凸显。解决矛盾的有效路径是:首先,嵌入学校社会工作的价值理念,以加强高校辅导员职业化、专业化建设,健全和完善高校辅导员制度;其次,提高高校辅导员自身的素质和能力,完善其知识结构,掌握学校社会工作的理论、方法和手段,充分发挥社会工作"人性化"、"专业化"的优势,使专业的学校社会工作成为高校学生工作的有机整合体。
In the current environment of rapidly changing society,the higher education is now changing from ＂elite education＂ to ＂public education＂,therefore the objective characteristics of traditional education model like ＂focus on management other than service＂,＂focus on political indoctrination other than thought persuasion＂,greatly contradicts the needs of contemporary college students.Its effective way can be as follows： first,embed the school social work value in the community of college counselor,that is to strengthen the college counselors＇ professionalism,improve and perfect the counselor system;second,enhance their quality and capacity,improve their knowledge structure,equip them with the school social work theories,methods and means,give full play to social work＇s advantages of ＂human nature＂ and ＂professional＂,so that professional social work can turn into an organic integration of college student work.
