摘要:Binodal curve of ethanol-K2HPO4 aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) was measured by the turbidimetric titration method. Empirical equations were used to correlate the bimodal curves. A method for separation of spiramycin by ethanol-K2HPO4 aqueous two-phase system extraction was established. Parameters affecting the partition coefficient and extraction efficiency such as mass fraction of K2HPO4, mass fraction of ethanol, initial concentration of spiramycin, extraction temperature and pH of the system were investigated. The results demonstrated that the extraction of spiramycin was a spontaneous, endothermic and entropy increasing process. When the K2HPO4 mass fraction was 20% of the total system, the ethanol mass fraction was 16% of the total system, the extraction temperature was 25℃, and the pH of the system was 9.5, the partition coefficient and extraction efficiency of spiramycin reached 47.52 and 97.97%, respectively. ? 2018, Editorial Office of FINE CHEMICALS.
