摘要:Indium tin oxide (In2Sn1-xO5-y) nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal method from stable indium tin acetylacetone complexes and postannealed at 600 °C. The absence of chlorine ions shortens the synthesis process, decreases the particle agglomeration and improves the particle purity. The introduced complexing ligand acetylacetone decreases the obtained nanoparticle size. The improved powder properties accelerates the sintering of the In2Sn1-xO5-y nanoparticles and reaches a relative density of 96.4% of theoretical density (TD) when pressureless sintered at 1400 °C. ? 2013 by Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
