摘要：基于2015—2023年中国沪深A股民营上市公司面板数据,以2019年设立国家数字经济创新发展试验区(简称“数字创新试验区”)作为准自然实验,考察区位导向性数字经济政策对民营企业新质生产力的影响。研究发现:数字创新试验区能够有效提升民营企业新质生产力,且该结论经过一系列检验后依然稳健;机制分析发现,数字创新试验区通过发挥人力资本效应、研发激励效应和数据赋能效应,推动民营企业新质生产力提升;异质性分析表明,数字创新试验区能够更好地促进成熟期企业和数字化转型程度较高的企业新质生产力提升。同时,对于高科技、非重污染、制造业和技术密集型行业的企业,数字创新试验区的促进效应也更为显著。
Based on the panel data of China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share private listed companies from 2015 to 2023,this paper takes the establishment of the National Digital Economy Innovation and Development Pilot Zone(referred to as the"Digital Innovation Pilot Zone")in 2019 as a quasi natural experiment to examine the impact of location-oriented digital economic policies on the new quality productive forces of private enterprises.The results show that the digital innovation pilot area can effectively improve the new quality productive forces of private enterprises,and the conclusion is still robust after a series of tests.Mechanism analysis shows that the digital innovation pilot area promotes the improvement of new quality productive forces of private enterprises by exerting human capital effect,R&D incentive effect and data empowerment effect.Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital innovation pilot areas can better promote mature enterprises and enterprises with a higher degree of digital transformation to enhance new quality productive forces.At the same time,for high-tech,non-heavy pollution,manufacturing and technology-intensive enterprises,the promotion effect of digital innovation pilot areas is more significant.
