摘要：目的:研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者用药后不良反应发生情况及影响因素,分析如何实施药学监护。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月上海市徐汇区凌云街道社区卫生服务中心不良反应上报中的T2DM患者48例为研究对象,分析T2DM用药过程中不良反应发生的影响因素。结果:48例T2DM患者主要不良反应有腹泻、腹胀、腹痛、皮肤刺痛、麻痒、便秘、胸闷。性别、年龄、用药类型、并发症种类、住院时间与次数是T2DM不良反应主要影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性、年龄80~95岁、并发症种类>2种、住院时间>7d、住院次数>3次均为T2DM不良反应危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM不良反应受多因素影响,因此需要加强药学监护等措施,多方面有针对性地提升T2DM治疗措施,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To study the occurrence and influencing factors of adverse reactions after medication in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and analyze how to implement pharmaceutical care.Methods:A total of forty-eight T2DM patients who reported adverse reactions in Shanghai Xuhui District Lingyun Street Community Health Service Center from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects to analyze the influencing factors of adverse reactions during the course of T2DM medication.Results:The main adverse reactions of 48 T2DM patients were diarrhea,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,skin tingling,itching,constipation and chest tightness;Gender,age,type of medication,type of complications,length of stay and frequency of hospitalization were the main influencing factors of T2DM adverse reactions,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Female,age 80 to 95 years old,type of complications>2,length of hospitalization>7 days,and number of hospitalization>3 times were all risk factors for T2DM adverse reactions,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:T2DM adverse reactions are affected by multiple factors,so it is necessary to strengthen pharmaceutical care and other measures to enhance the targeted T2DM treatment measures in various aspects to improve the quality of life of patients.
