摘要:固体氧化物电解池(SOEC)是当下主流的一种水电制氢电解池,由于内部结构复杂,在实际生产中面临内部状态无法监测的问题,数字孪生技术为此提供了一种可能的解决方案。依托Unity3D引擎设计搭建了SOEC的数字孪生可视化操作系统,通过构建传感器采集与计算流体动力学机理仿真相结合的数据驱动模型,通过插值算法和点云技术实现了其内部二维与三维温度云图的实时显示,实现了对电堆内部物理场云图分布的更直观监测。设计搭建的SOEC数字孪生可视化系统对固体氧化物电解池的可视化运维监测具有良好的参考意义。
Solid oxide electrolysis cell(SOEC)is a widely used type of electrolyzer for hydroelectric hydrogen production.Due to its complex internal structure,SOEC faces the challenge of monitoring internal states during actual production.Digital twin technology offers a promising solution to this issue.This study utilizes the Unity3D engine to design and develop a digital twin visualization platform for SOEC.A data-driven model is constructed by integrating sensor data acquisition with computational fluid dynamics simulations.With the application of interpolation algorithms and point cloud technology,real-time two-dimensional and three-dimensional temperature cloud maps of the SOEC are generated.These enable enhanced visual monitoring of the physical field distribution in SOEC stacks.The SOEC digital twin visualization system developed in this study provides valuable insights for the visual operation and maintenance monitoring of SOEC.
