摘要：为全面探索社区体育公共服务供给主体对供给满意度的影响,以及供给内容与供给效应在此过程中的链式中介作用,采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、结构方程模型等,构建并检验了社区体育公共服务供给主体对供给满意度影响的模型。结果表明:供给主体、供给内容和供给效应分别对供给满意度具有显著的正向影响;供给内容和供给效应在供给主体与供给满意度之间呈现出多重中介作用。鉴于此,从协同多元供给主体、按需丰富供给内容、多渠道强化供给效应等方面给予相应的建议,期望为社区体育公共服务供给满意度的提升予以理论支撑与实践指导。
In order to comprehensively explore the influence of supply subject on satisfaction of community sports public service,and chain mediation of supply content and supply effect in this process,by literature data method,Delphi method,structural equation model,etc,this research constructs and checks the model of influence of supply subject on satisfaction of community sports public service.Results show that:supply subject,supply content and supply effect of the community sports public service each has a significant positive effect on supply satisfaction;supply content and supply effect have multiple mediating effects between supply subject and supply satisfaction.In view of this,this research proposes corresponding suggestions to improve satisfaction of community sports public service supply,including collaborating with multiple supply entities,enriching supply content on demand,and strengthening the supply effect of multiple channels,hopefully to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the improvement of satisfaction of community sports public service supply.
