摘要：在“健康中国”战略和全民健身计划的推动下,社区运动健康中心已成为提升居民健康素养和水平的重要平台。该文以上海市三个典型社区运动健康中心为考察对象,利用文献分析、实地调研和专家访谈等研究方法分析其运营模式及其存在的问题。研究发现,智慧化管理不足、激励机制不健全、服务内容与居民需求不匹配等问题严重影响了社区运动健康中心的运营效率。该文针对这些问题提出相应的优化策略,包括推进智慧化普及,健全管理机制,完善服务内容,优化匹配服务等。
Driven by the"Healthy China"strategy and the national fitness policy,community sports and health centers have become an important platform for improving residents'health.This paper takes the citizen fitness center of Kangjian Street,Xuhui District,the citizen fitness center of Xietu Community,and the citizen fitness center of Yinhang Community as the research objects,and analyzes the problems in their operation models through literature analysis,field research and expert interviews.The study found that problems such as insufficient intelligent management,imperfect incentive mechanism,and mismatch between service content and residents'needs seriously affected the operation efficiency.In response to these problems,this paper proposes corresponding optimization strategies to improve the utilization efficiency of community sports and health centers and promote the implementation of the national fitness strategy.
