摘要:The concepts of crystal engineering was utilized to acquire cocrystals of EBP with flavonoids. Four cocrystals were synthesized and characterized, as well their single crystal structures were revealed. The powder dissolution profiles of the cocrystals were determined and the antitumor activities were analyzed and compared with the corresponding physical mixtures. The results showed that the cocrystals of Myr.EBP and Gen.EBP display better anti-tumor effect against HCT-8 and CaCO-2 cancer cells. (C) 2021 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
