摘要：高校辅导员在开展传统文化教育上面临着高校缺乏顶层设计、大学生群体基础薄弱、辅导员自身缺乏文化底蕴等现实困境,高校辅导员应当在教育内容上坚持"三个结合",在教育形式上借助"三个课堂",在教育过程中把握"三个着力点",进一步加强新形势下中华优秀传统文化教育,做中华优秀传统文化的忠实传承者和弘扬者。
College advisors are faced with problems with traditional culture education,such as the lack of top-level design,the weak foundation on the part of the students and the lack of cultural literacy on the part of the advisors themselves.To transmit and advance the Chinese traditional culture in a better manner,advisors must stick to ＂three combinations＂in terms of the content,＂three classrooms＂in terms of the form and＂three focuses＂in terms of the process.
