摘要:运用化学反应工程理论分析了影响减粘裂化过程诸因素。在塔径(?)300mm 塔高2700mm冷模装置中考察了横向筛板数、开孔率、孔径、空塔气速、空塔液速等因素对减粘反应塔液相返混的影响,为工业上流式减粘反应塔的设计提供理论和实验数据。
Some affecting factors of the process for viscosity breaking were analysed by the principles of chemical reaction engineering.In a cold-model equipment300 mm×2700 mm),the effects of the number of horizontal perforated plates,percentage of opening area,diameter of round holes, superficial gas and liquid velocities on back mixing of liquid in an upward viscosity breaking reactor were investigated,the results provided the basis for the design of industrial upward viscosity breaking reactor.
