摘要:研发了能够兼容大多数PLC并支持常用现场总线的开放式控制系统,为企业提供了管理和控制一体化系统的综合解决方案。以化工过程典型装置之一的精馏塔实验装置为例,采用MOORE(摩尔)公司的NCS(net concentrator system)系统,在其开放式控制系统平台上进行了设计和开发。实际测试结果表明,该系统运行状况良好,系统的可靠性、先进性均能达到预期的指标。
The open control system ( OCS) that is compatible with most PLCs and supports common used field bus is developed. It provides the integrated scheme of management and control for enterprises. With one of the typical distillation tower experimental devices as example , by using NCS ( net eoncentrator system )from MOORE, the control system is designed and developed on Huiming's open eontrol system platform. The results of the test prove that the system operates well, and its reliability and advance reaeh the anticipated norm.
