摘要：选用16MnR钢作为试验对象,用球压痕法测定了该钢的断裂韧度,并将球压痕法获得的断裂韧度与常规力学试验转化得到的进行了对比。结果表明:球压痕法获得的断裂韧度与常规力学试验转化得到的误差在10%以内,该方法能有效评价16MnR钢的断裂韧性。
Ball indentation method was used to evaluate fracture toughness of 16MnR steel.The fracture toughness got from ball indentation method were compared with the result got from general mechanical tests conversion.The results show that the error of fracture toughness got from ball indentation method and general mechanical test conversion was less than 10%.The ball indentation menthod can effectively evaluate the fracture toughness of 16MnR steel.
