摘要：NOVELTY - A benzoheterocyclyl alkylamine compound (I), is new. USE - New benzoheterocyclyl alkylamine compound is used in pharmaceutical composition and antibacterial drug for inhibiting synthesis of golden yellow pigment from Staphylococcus aureus, inhibiting key enzyme 4,4'-diapophytoene desaturase (CrtN) in the synthesis of S.aureus gold pigment, inhibiting or killing S.aureus, treating infectious diseases caused by S.aureus, and inhibiting or killing fungi (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A benzoheterocyclyl alkylamine compound of formula (I) or its salt or stereoisomer, is new. X = S or O; R1 = H, or optionally substituted 1-4C linear or branched alkyl; R2 = -(CH=CH)-p, or 1-3C linear alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl, 2-6C linear or branched alkenyl, or 2-6C linear or branched alkynyl (all optionally substituted with 1-4 substituents chosen from 1-6C linear or branched alkyl, 1-6C haloalkyl, halo, nitro, cyano, 1-4C linear or branched alkoxy, -(C=O)-O-1-4C alkyl, 6-10C aryl and 3-8C cycloalkyl); p = 2-5; R3 = 1-3C linear or branched alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl, 3-7C heteroaryl or 6-10C aryl (all optionally substituted with 1-4 substituents);and n = 1-3. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) pharmaceutical composition, which comprises the compound (I) as an active ingredient, and a carrier; and (2) antibacterial drug comprising the compound (I), an additional antibiotic, and a carrier.
