摘要:NOVELTY - Magnetic polymer microsphere comprises polymer microsphere which is high polymer bead-formed carrier with core shell structure and epoxy group; and surface of nanometer magnetic grain coated with high polymer with epoxy group, where high polymer bead-formed carrier has super paramagnetism and hydrophilicity. USE - Magnetic polymer microsphere for immobilization of water-soluble bio-enzymes e.g. penicillin acylase, glucose isomerase, transglucosidase, trypsin and amylase. It is especially fit for immobilization of the penicillin acylase (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is simple, convenient operation and low cost. It fits for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of magnetic polymer microsphere comprises (a) dissolving compound surfactant into dispersed phase, heating to 45-75 degrees C; (b) dissolving hydrophilic nanometer magnetic grain and vinyl compound into formamide or mixture of methanol and water, adding azobisisobutyronitrile initiator; and (c) moving mixture in step (b) into solution of the step (a) for polymerization under protection of nitrogen and under condition of stirring strongly, reaction temperature is 45-75 degrees C, reaction time is 3-6 hours, after the reaction is finished, collecting magnetic polymer microsphere from reaction system by external magnetic field, washing magnetic polymer microsphere by ethanol, soaking by normal heptane and vacuum drying obtaining magnetic polymer microsphere.
