摘要:以菊芋和木薯淀粉生物转化获得的葡萄糖酸钠和山梨醇混合溶液为研究对象,进行的结晶分离。在葡萄糖酸钠和山梨醇溶液中加入氯化钙,将高溶解度的葡萄糖酸钠转化为低溶解度的葡萄糖酸钙,利用葡萄糖酸钙和山梨醇溶解度不同进行结晶分离。对影响葡萄糖酸钙结晶的氯化钙加入量、乙醇加入量、结晶温度和时间等重要因素进行研究,结果表明在最佳的结晶条件下,葡萄糖酸钙与山梨醇可以实现较好的分离,葡萄糖酸钙的结晶得率为84.2%。
The separation of two bio-based chemicals sorbitol and sodium gluconate produced from the bioconversion of Jurusalen artichoke and cassava starch were studied by crystallization method. First, sodium gluconate was converted into calcium gluconate by addition of calcium chloride; then, calcium gluconate and sorbitol were separated in the way of crystallization taking advantage of solubility difference of two compounds. Several important factors including addition of calcium chloride, ethanol addition, temperature and time on the calcium gluconate crystallization yield were investigated. The results show that the two compounds could be separated by crystallization with the recovery yield of calcium gluconate at 84.2%.
