摘要:NOVELTY - The device has an ultrasonic transducer whose connecting end is connected with first and second brackets. Two ends of a track are respectively connected with a sending end and the connecting end of the ultrasonic transducer. Two ends of a fixed rail are respectively connected with the first and second brackets that are respectively connected with the sending end and the receiving end of the ultrasonic transducer. An upper surface of a horn fixing support frame is connected with an electrode of a piezoelectric ceramic group. The ceramic group comprises piezoelectric ceramic sheets. USE - Ultrasonic suspension transmitting device for use in a photovoltaic manufacturing industry. ADVANTAGE - The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and has high transmitting precision and wide range of applications, and prevents a silicon sheet from being damaged due to deformation, avoids surface scratching phenomenon and pollution during mechanical transmission in a photovoltaic manufacturing industry, improves silicon sheet sizing precision and energy conversion efficiency, reduces thickness of an object for stable transmission and increases energy utilization rate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of an ultrasonic suspension transmitting device.
