DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A propanamide compound of formula (I), is new. R=H, linear, branched or (un)saturated 1-6C alkyl, linear, branched or (un)saturated 1-6C alkyl substituted by 5-7 membered aromatic cyclic group, substituted 5-7 membered aromatic cyclic group, 5-7 membered heterocyclic group, substituted 5-7 membered heterocyclic group, 3-7C (un)saturated cycloalkyl, 5-7 membered aromatic cyclic group, 5-7 membered aromatic cyclic group combined with optionally substituted 5-7 membered heterocyclic group, where substituent of substituted 5-7 membered aromatic cyclic group and substituted 5-7 membered heterocyclic group is chosen from halo, 1-4C alkoxyl, nitro, linear or branched 1-6C alkyl, hydroxyl substituted linear or branched 1-6C alkyl, (un)saturated 3-7C cycloalkyl or R3OCO-, and number of substituted groups is 1-4, hetero atom contained in the heterocyclic group is N, O and/or S and number of hetero atoms is 1-3; R2=ArCH2- or ArXCO-; Ar=5-7 membered aromatic cyclic group; X=O or CH2;and R3=1-6C alkyl, cyano, amino, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxyl, mercapto or hydroxyl.
