摘要：自 1995年第一家网上银行成立以来 ,世界各国的银行纷纷开展了网上银行业务。中国在 1996年出现了第一家银行网站以后 ,国内的网上银行业务也一直在不断地丰富和发展。文章主要讨论了中国网上银行发展的现状及存在的问题 ,并提出相应的解决策略 :开展银行再造工程 ,扩大网上银行规模 ,完善网络信息系统建设 。
The bank service online has been developed quickly in the banks all over the world since the first netbank was set up in 1995. In China, it has also been enriched and developed constantly since the first netbank website appeared in 1996. The present situation of netbanks in China and the existing problems are mainly investigated in this paper. And the corresponding countermeasures are proposed, including developing the bank reengineering, extending the scale of netbanks, improving network information system construction and enhancing the capacity of risk management.
