摘要:以NMMO/水/纤维素溶液作为原料,采用反相悬浮分散技术,制备出球形纤维素珠体。以纤维素珠体粒径在38~150μm所占比重为标准,通过单因素实验确定了溶液中纤维素的最佳含量为6%、最佳连续相为聚丙二醇2000(PPG2000)、最佳表面活性剂为吐温80;通过正交实验优化了分散剂的用量、搅拌速度、连续相与非连续相的体积比、反应温度和反应时间等影响因素,最终确定这些影响因素的最佳值分别为2.5%、400 r/min、V(连续相):V(非连续相)=4:1、105℃、2h。通过测定,该珠体的晶型为纤维素Ⅱ,结晶度为58.37%,比表面积为577.10m^2,平均孔径为28nm,孔容为4.18mL/g,耐压极限为1.0MPa左右。
Using NMMO/H2O/cellulose solution as the starting material,the spherical cellulose beads was prepared by reversed-phase suspension technique.Their particle size distribution was comprehensively studied during the preparation process by orthogonal and signal-factor experiments.The optimum operating condition included 6.0%of the cellulose content of the NMMO/H_2O/cellulose solution,PPG2000 as continuous phase, tween80 as disperse agent,2.5%of the disperse agent phase,400r/min of the agitation speed,4:1 of volume ratio of continuous phase and solution,105℃of the reaction temperature,2h of the reaction time.Under the condition above,52.2%of mass percent of the cellulose beads range from 38~150μm.By physico-chemical text, it had the following characteristics:its crystalline belonged to celluloseⅡ,crystallinity 58.37%,specific surface area 577.10m^2/g,average pore diameter 28nm,pore volume 4.18mL/g,being able to suffer up to 1.0MPa during work,etc.
