摘要:NOVELTY - The sensor has a detection part provided with an activator layer (1) that is bonded on a thermoelectric film (2) via heat conductive glue. The thermoelectric film is sputtered on a glass or quartz substrate (3), and a signal disposal part is equipped with a multiplication circuit module (6) and connected to a number value display board via an alarm (8). A part of a signal of the multiplication circuit module induced in a positive pole is provided to a cation (4b) on the film via a lead (5). The part of the signal of the circuit module induced in a minus pole is provided to a cathode (4a). USE - Hydrogen sensor for bismuth0.5antimony1.5tellurium3 thermoelectric film. Uses include but are not limited to a fuel cell car, a micro aircraft, a deep sea device and a hydrogen charged station. ADVANTAGE - The sensor adopts radio frequency (RF) magnetic controlled sputtering technology to prepare the bismuth0.5antimony1.5tellurium3 thermoelectric film with high Seebeck modulus. The sensor has high sensitivity and better selection of hydrogen, and reduces frame low energy cost and working temperature. The sensor is involved in hydrogen production, storage and carrying of hydrogen, thus realizing real-time monitoring of hydrogen concentration and dangerous alarm, and guaranteeing safety of hydrogen energy.
