摘要:与时俱进地更新实验教学内容对于培养符合新时代发展需求的科技创新型人才十分重要。该文将静电喷雾和呼吸图技术相结合制备聚合物多孔微球的研究引入到高校实验教学中,成功制备出表面具有纳米孔结构的聚合物微球。一方面,学生在实验课程中增加了参与度,并极大地激发了实验兴趣;另一方面,学生通过对微球形貌、性能表征和结果分析,提高独立进行数据分析处理和解决问题的能力,有利于培养大学生创新性研究思维和创新实践能力。
Updating the experimental teaching content with the times is very important for cultivating the talents with scientific and technological innovation to meet the development needs of the new era. The research on the preparation of polymeric porous microspheres by the combination of electrospraying and breath figure technology was introduced into the experimental teaching of colleges and universities. The nano-porous structured microspheres of polymer were successfully prepared. On one hand, the students increased their participation in the experimental course and greatly stimulated their interest in the experiment. On the other hand, students’ ability to analyze data and solve problems independently can be improved through characterizing the microspheres morphology and performance and analyzing the results, which was conducive to cultivating the college students’ innovative research thinking and innovative practical ability.
