摘要：学生党员是高校里由优秀学生组成的群体。通过教育提高高校党员的综合素质,需要客观实际地分析新时代学生党员的群体特点为研究基础,进一步规范学生党员发展、教育和管理的相关制度,创新性地改进各级党课教学内容,引入更多新兴的学习平台,努力探索加强党员教育的有效路径。本文拟从分析新时期党员群体特征作为研究基础,提出提升高校党员的发展、教育和管理质量的可行途径。
The student party members make up of the excellent students in the universities in China. Enhance the quality of the education of the student party members required the tutors to comprehend the characteristic of them in new age first, then the new education technology and instruments can be used. This article planed to analyze the new characteristic of the student party members nowadays as the groundwork, then bring forward the useful approach to advance the education and manage- ment of the student party members.
